Option 2: Business Card Magnets - Design Online
The Option 2 magnets can be created using the online design tool. Over 3,000 design ready templates, as well as, thousands of offline images which can be entered into the design tool upon request are available for these magnets. The cards measure 3.5in x 2in (88.9mm x 50.8mm) in size and are litho printed on a full back magnetic sheet stock. A protective plastic coating is added to the card after printing. The magnets have a sturdy thickness of 25 mil. The turnaround time for magnetic cards is generally 8 - 12 business days before ground shipping.

- Required Business Card Size (Includes Bleed): 1125(W) x 675(H) Pixels or 3.75"(W) x 2.25"(H) Inches
- Required Resolution :300 d.p.i.
- Actual finished business card size is 3.5"(W) x 2"(H) inches. The file is required to have an 1/8" bleed on all sides which makes the submitted size to be 3.75"(W) x 2.25"(H).
- Required File Formats : JPEG/JPG, TIFF, PSD, PDF, or EPS file types. EPS files must have the fonts outlined or included within a zip/stuffit file. Quark Xpress and Pagemaker files must have all graphics and fonts along with the original file included within a Zip/Stuffit file. The files may be compressed using WinZip, WinRAR or StuffIt Expander.
- The files must be saved in CMYK mode. If your image is not in CMYK mode your colors may be changed.
- All card files must be submitted at this measurement regardless of whether the background is full bleed / color or not.
- When you are designing you need to allow an additional 1/16" to 1/8" from the trim border for text. Text can not go all the way to the trim lines and always be guaranteed to not be cut off slightly during the trimming process.

The magnets have a sturdy thickness of 20 mil. The turnaround time for magnetic cards is generally 14 - 16 business days before express shipping.
